A little about me ")
I am a Junior here at USA. I am majoring in elementary education. I love working with children and to know that I will be the one teaching our future thrills me! My graduation from USA will be May 2012 if everything goes as planned! I was born and raised on the outskirts of Bay Minette in a town called Pine Grove. We have a caution light and an elementary school, that's about it. I am twenty one years young and I love being outdoors. I enjoy fishing, four wheeler riding, swimming, and the list goes on. I enjoy hunting but I can't seem to be quiet that long. I am engaged to my boyfriend of four years, I know it's well over due, and we will be getting married in October of this year. I have a spoiled rotten Rat Terrier named Sugar Baby that loves the creek.I also have a turtle named George that likes to lounge on his rock in the sun. Well that's about all for right now.... If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Hi Heather, I was also raised in a caution light town, Wilmer. I am still living on the same land my Grandfather purchased when I was a child. I live around all of my cousins that I grew up with; now our children are growing up together. Good luck on your upcoming wedding and building a life together. I also love working in the teaching field. I am blessed to be working now in the field I love as a teacher's aide.
ReplyDeleteHeather,
ReplyDeleteThis is a very good first post! It's exciting to see that you know your HTML codes. Congratulations on your engagement. I can tell you're very passionate about teaching; that's very assuring! And George sounds fun to have. I saved a turtle the other day crossing the road:)
Keep up the good blogging!

Hello Heather, It is great to hear about your life. I really enjoy meeting people and finding out about their"story". I live in Daphne so that is not too far up the road from you. We will have to get together if we can to work on our class projects. I know that you are excited about becoming a teacher. It is a great profession, and I am also excited about getting back into the classroom.

ReplyDeleteHeather, It was great to read your information. I also live in Baldwin County. I have never visited the town that you live in, but it sounds so charming that I think I will plan a trip. We are also in the same group. I purchased the book last week so if you need it, I will try to finish it quickly. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. You are going to be a busy girl this summer. I look forward to working with you in our group. Gina Sawyer

ReplyDeleteHey Heather,
ReplyDeleteI am excited just to know I am not the only person in the class that is thrilled about teaching. I hope that we get a chance to work together so I can hear some more stories of your outdoor adventures. Like Jacey-Blaire, I have a soft spot for turtles and try to save those crossing the road as often as I see them.
Congratulations on your engagement! I hope your special day is everything you dreamed it would be.
A big city girl. A caution light AND an elementary school. Wow!
